About Us
We're a fast-growing custom embroidery and apparel studio working with brands, creatives, and businesses across Canada. Our shop focuses on quality, attention to detail, and efficient production. We're looking for a reliable Production Assistant to support day-to-day shop operations and help keep orders moving smoothly.
Responsibilities
As a Production Assistant, you'll be involved in multiple stages of production, including:
- Cutting backing and prep materials for embroidery
- Trimming threads and quality-checking finished embroidery
- Steaming garments and preparing them for packaging
- Heat pressing (DTF, transfers, patches, etc.)
- Packaging and labeling completed orders
- Receiving incoming garments and checking quantities
- Organizing and maintaining inventory
- Keeping workstations clean and production-ready
- Assisting with general shop tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable working on your feet and using your hands
- Able to follow instructions and meet production deadlines
- Organized and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in embroidery, apparel production, or print shops is an asset (but not required)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with embroidery shops or garment production
- Familiarity with heat presses or DTF transfers
- Inventory or warehouse experience
