Position Overview: We are currently looking for an Embroidery Machine Operator to operate a ZSK 6 Head embroidery machine at our facility in Cambridge, Ontario. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, dedicated, and capable of maintaining high standards of quality. Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Operate ZSK 6 Head embroidery machines to apply designs onto fabrics.
- Set up machinery and materials for embroidery runs.
- Monitor machine operation to detect problems such as defective stitching, breaks in thread, or machine malfunctions.
- Adjust machine settings for different fabric types and design specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished products to ensure conformity to specifications.
- Maintain records of work completed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating multi-head embroidery machines, specifically ZSK, is highly desirable.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Able to follow complex instructions and work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in textile or embroidery preferred.
- Hardworking and punctual with a professional attitude.
- Effective communication skills.
Salary:
- $19 - $3 per hour, based on experience.
