In-House Sales Desk Representative

Impactica — On-site, Ave NW, Edmonton

Impactica is a busy, friendly southside print shop. We're adding an In-House Sales Desk Rep who can keep conversations moving, quotes accurate, and customers smiling.

What you'll do

  • Communicate with established clients to process orders and provide accurate quotes
  • Partner with the Pre-press team to ensure files and specs are correct before production
  • Build relationships with prospects and convert them into customers
  • Manage communications primarily via email and phone (timely, clear, and friendly)
  • Keep tidy records of quotes, orders, and follow-ups in our systems

What you bring

  • Previous sales experience (required) — print industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Fantastic communication skills with a friendly, professional vibe
  • Detail focus and timely follow-through
  • Comfort juggling multiple requests and deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a print is great but not necessary.
  • Familiarity with quoting tools/CRMs and basic spreadsheets

The details

  • Type: Full-time
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, and benefits plan
  • Start date: December 1 (or sooner)
  • Location: On-site only — Ave NW, Edmonton
