Job Description
  • You will be the architect responsible for generating new business and market presence in Ottawa by building a strong pipeline of referrals from hospitals, clinics, physicians, and community partners
  • Actively reintroduce Spectrum to the Ottawa market, demonstrating the tangible difference we make through high-quality, patient-centred care
  • Utilize our CRM platform to track leads, manage the full sales cycle, and meet (or exceed) defined growth targets
  • Position Spectrum as the go-to health care provider for the French-speaking health care community.
  • Be the welcoming, empathetic voice to guide new Ottawa clients through their Spectrum onboarding journey
  • Conduct intake calls and in-home consultations to understand client care needs.
  • Manage the entire onboarding process so clients move seamlessly from referral to their first care visit.
  • Take ownership of any potential challenges to deliver timely, effective solutions for clients, their families and referral partners
Qualifications
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) to serve all segments of the Ottawa community
  • 2-5+ years of proven success in outside sales, business development, or health care liaison
  • Experience within the healthcare industry and knowledge of the local healthcare landscape
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Healthcare or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset
  • Exceptional empathy and communication skills; able to connect with diverse stakeholders
  • G2/G license with access to a reliable vehicle
