Position Summary
As a Lottery Program Manager at BUMP, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of a high-profile charitable partner's digital lottery program. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to cultivate a strong, long-term partnership built on trust and collaboration. In this role, you will oversee and optimize an established digital lottery platform, ensuring flawless execution and continuous improvement. Your efforts will directly influence fundraising outcomes, enabling our partner to maximize revenue and engagement.

Responsibilities
Develop Subject Matter Expertise

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on BUMP's Digital Raffle Solution.
  • Develop knowledge of AGCO raffle regulations.

Lottery Program & Project Management

  • Management of end-to-end lottery operations
  • Coordinate timelines and dependencies across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate status meetings
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations (e.g., AGCO), and internal policies.

Partner Communication and Coordination

  • Communicate and track partner requirements with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Software Development, Quality Assurance, Marketing Teams, Marketing Agencies, and third-party vendors) and ensure collaboration between stakeholders to ensure program success
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors, prize suppliers, and third-party vendors.

System Administration Oversight

  • Ensure readiness of technology, infrastructure, and processes for program launches.
  • Oversee system testing and ongoing maintenance.
  • Maintain subscription management systems.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models for performance tracking and forecasting.
  • Provide regular audit, KPI, and post-program reports.

Strategic Planning & Innovation

  • Provide advisory support for lottery strategy development and innovation.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Facilitate roadmap planning and pilot new products or features.

Qualifications
Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing (or similar) or equivalent combination of relevant education and years of work experience
  • Knowledge of the following:

  • eCommerce trends

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in account management or digital raffle operations

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with MS O365
  • Familiarity with Android and IOS based operating systems

Competencies And Soft Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organization/time management/prioritization skills and attention to detail.
