Représentant(e) des ventes internes bilingue
, motivé(e) et organisé(e), pour un poste nouvellement créé. Ce rôle convient parfaitement à un(e) chasseur(se) de résultats, qui aime développer de nouvelles affaires.

Votre mission principale sera d'identifier, de contacter et d'acquérir de nouveaux clients — principalement des pharmacies et des cliniques vétérinaires — situés à l'extérieur du Québec et de l'Ontario.

Responsabilités
:

  • Identifier et développer de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires auprès des pharmacies et cliniques vétérinaires à travers le Canada, à l'exception du Québec et de l'Ontario, par appels téléphoniques, courriels et réunions virtuelles.
  • Stimuler la croissance du marché en présentant activement les solutions d'emballage et en démontrant leur valeur aux clients potentiels.
  • Réaliser des démonstrations de produits en ligne, adaptées aux besoins spécifiques des clients, en mettant en avant l'efficacité et la qualité des solutions proposées.
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de performance hebdomadaires, incluant un volume important de prospection et de nouvelles acquisitions de clients.
  • Maintenir des dossiers clients détaillés, les suivis et le pipeline de ventes dans Zoho CRM afin de soutenir la prévision et le suivi de la performance.
  • Intégrer et accompagner les nouveaux clients, en fournissant formation et soutien tout au long du processus de vente pour assurer leur conversion réussie.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes marketing et ventes pour optimiser les messages, développer des outils promotionnels et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de prospection.
  • Participer à des salons professionnels, événements de réseautage et autres occasions pour promouvoir les produits et identifier de nouvelles opportunités.
  • Surveiller les tendances du marché et les retours clients, et partager les informations afin d'orienter le développement des produits et la planification stratégique.
  • Contribuer aux initiatives marketing, y compris la création d'outils de vente et le soutien à des projets spéciaux.

motivated and organised Bilingual Inside Sales Representative
for a newly created position. This role is ideal for a results-driven hunter who thrives on building new business.

Your primary mission will be to identify, contact, and acquire new clients — primarily pharmacies and veterinary clinics — located outside of Quebec and Ontario.

: Canada, outside QC & ON

Workplace:
In-office, 5 days per week — Office located on the South Shore of Montreal.

Functions
:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmacies and veterinary clinics across Canada, excluding Quebec and Ontario, through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Drive market growth by actively presenting our packaging solutions and demonstrating their value to potential clients.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations customized to client needs, highlighting the efficiency and quality of our solutions.
  • Meet and exceed weekly performance goals, including a high volume of outreach and new client acquisitions.
  • Maintain detailed client records, follow-ups, and sales pipeline information in Zoho CRM to support accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Onboard and guide new clients, providing training and support throughout the sales process to ensure successful conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, develop promotional materials, and implement outreach strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote products and uncover new leads.
  • Monitor market trends and client feedback, sharing insights to inform product development and strategic planning.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, including creating sales tools and supporting special projects.
