Overview

At Image Dental Laboratory, we are a leading dental laboratory committed to providing high-quality dental prosthetics and appliances to dental professionals. Our team combines technical expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional results. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative and production teams.

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting customer and case information into our lab management system. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of casework through the laboratory.

Main Duties

  • Accurately enter customer and case details into the lab software system
  • Lead for filing scripts and assisting in month end statements
  • Lead for stock and general upkeep within the room
  • Review prescriptions and intake forms for completeness and accuracy
  • Perform general administrative support as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with dental offices to clarify missing or unclear information
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case progress and delivery
  • Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary
  • Assist in project management tasks related to customer service initiatives

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in a dental or medical setting is a plus
  • Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
  • Proficiency in Google suite and general computer skills
  • Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Quick learner in a very fast-paced environment
