The Role:

As a Material Handling Specialist, you will:

Connect and Build Relationships:
 Meet with new and existing customers to provide tailored material handling solutions.

·      
Be the Go-To Expert:
 Serve as the main representative for your accounts, driving all commission-related opportunities.

Develop Custom Solutions:
 Create quotes and proposals using our sales platform, addressing customer needs effectively.

·      
Maintain Customer Loyalty:
 Manage customer profiles, fulfill commitments, and nurture lifelong relationships.

What We're Looking For:

Ideal candidates possess one or more of the following:

·      A 
Desire to Succeed
 and achieve financial goals.

·      Background in material handling, business, automotive, or construction sectors.

·      Proven experience in sales or sales related roles.

·      Strong communication skills and proficiency with PC, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Your Responsibilities:

·      Connect with and onboard new customers while maintaining existing relationships.

·      Provide accurate quotes and innovative solutions to meet client needs.

·      Self-manage appointments and schedules to maximize productivity.

·      Travel using your personal vehicle (reimbursement for auto/insurance/fuel expenses provided).

Hours of Operation:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. No weekends (Flexible Hours)

Qualifications:

·      Valid G-class driver's license (required).

·      Proven ability to sell yourself and demonstrate your potential during interviews.

·      Relevant sales experience in the material handling industry.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Concord, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
