Position OverviewAs a Parking Services Associate (Valet), you will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with vehicle parking, and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of cars. You'll represent CEM Resorts with professionalism and care, providing a seamless experience grounded in respect and attentiveness. This role requires someone who is comfortable working outdoors, can handle busy periods calmly, and enjoys interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a courteous, positive, and professional demeanor
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles while maintaining attention to detail
- Assist guests with loading/unloading luggage or personal items
- Maintain a well-organized valet area, ensuring smooth traffic flow
- Keep accurate records of vehicle details, keys, and parking locations
- Communicate effectively with the front desk, bell team, and security for smooth guest service coordination
- Provide directions or general information about the resort and local area when requested
- Inspect vehicles for damages and follow standard reporting procedures
- Uphold CEM Resorts' service standards at all times and ensure guest satisfaction
- Previous experience in valet, parking services, or hospitality roles is an asset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles confidently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset
- Dependable, punctual, and able to handle peak-time pressure
