Guidewire is seeking a dynamic leader to join our Professional Services team focusing on delivery and strategic growth initiatives in the region. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, operational excellence, and talent development at all regional field offices. As the senior-most operational leader in the region, this role will serve as a key representative of the company's culture, values, and strategic priorities across the region in support of our global initiatives.

Guidewire's market-leading products enable insurance carriers to build and implement leading-edge sales and self-service capabilities, providing agents, carriers and policy holders a complete lifecycle support for policy management.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Represent Guidewire as the executive leader across regional field offices.

Build and maintain a high-performing, inclusive, and culturally aligned workforce.

Champion global initiatives while tailoring implementation to regional needs and nuances.

Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of client engagements across the region.

Align regional delivery operations with global SLAs, standards, methodologies and best practices.

Partner with global delivery leaders to ensure scalability and predictability of service delivered.

Manage regional site specific P&L targets, operational budgets, and site-level KPIs.

Define and execute regional growth strategy in alignment with Guidewire's global goals.

Collaborate with global practice leaders and regional delivery teams to address skill gaps and scale regional capabilities.

Engage with the local ecosystem—universities, technology partners, and regional forums—to strengthen brand presence.

Report on key operational metrics for the region, including delivery performance, utilization, attrition, and client satisfaction.

Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across sites, within the region and with the global practice leadership.

Qualifications:

15+ years in IT services or software consulting, including 5+ years in regional delivery or operations leadership roles.

Understanding of vertical software delivery models, understanding of the insurance domain is preferred.

Deep understanding of cultural, regulatory, and market dynamics in the region.

Proven success leading cross-functional, multi-site delivery teams in a matrixed global organization, preferably in vertical software product or service companies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant multidisciplinary site development site management experience.
