Dr. Norin Siddiqi's Practice is looking for a Dental Receptionist / Floater to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a warm personality who enjoys connecting with patients at the front desk while also lending a helping hand in the back when needed.

No dental experience? No problem. We will train you. What matters most to us is your attitude, kindness, and willingness to learn.

Schedule:

Part-Time | 9:00am – 5:00pm

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

What You'll Do:
  • Greet patients with warmth and help them feel at ease from the moment they arrive
  • Answer phone calls with confidence, care, and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments and support daily front-desk operations
  • Assist with room turnover so the clinical team stays on track
  • Help in the sterilization area when needed to support the flow of the day
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Communicate openly with the team to ensure patients receive seamless care
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect everyone
Who We're Looking For:
  • Someone friendly, dependable, and naturally caring
  • A team player who's happy to help wherever needed
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable multitasking and learning new skills
  • No dental experience required — training is provided
  • Ability to be on your feet for parts of the day and assist with light physical tasks
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
