Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client communications, coordinate scheduling and dispatch, assist with quoting, support crew management, and handle general office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with clients, crew, and management
- Schedule and dispatch jobs efficiently
- Assist with quotes and project follow-ups
- Monitor crew activities
- Maintain smooth day-to-day office operations
Skills & Experience:
- Some office administration experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace, scheduling software, and CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Online is an asset (not daily use)
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
