**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
- Accurately take customer orders and prepare corresponding order sheets
- Check orders for accuracy and completeness before processing
- Maintain organized files and documentation systems
- Monitor office supply levels and place orders when needed
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers
- Assist with light warehouse tasks as needed (e.g., labeling, filing, packing slips)

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an office administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Outlook, and basic internet tools
- Excellent proficiency in English: strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive, energetic, and motivated with a professional attitude
- Comfortable working in a small office setting connected to a warehouse
