Our instructors are talented, passionate experts and our approach is personal and prescriptive, with the unique needs of each individual child in mind. Just Teaching. No Lesson Plans. No Preparation.
- Develop rapport with students and establish a fun learning environment.
- Display a positive attitude, and demonstrate enthusiasm for math.
- Supervise, interact with, and motivate students.
- Reward students for completed work, and especially for demonstrated mastery.
- Evaluate and document student progress.
- Communicate student needs to the Center Director.
You will be trained to teach using the Mathnasium Method. All of the tools you need will be provided. If you are driven, motivated, and eager to make a difference, we would love to meet you
All applicants will be required to take a math skills test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
