Role Summary
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the SVP and Director of Virtual Design Construction, Manufacturing, and Construction Technology & Data. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, professionalism, and discretion while managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key Impact / Purpose

  • Provide seamless administrative support to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, reports, and strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings across business units and regions.
  • Coordinate agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and edit executive reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Track and follow up on action items and deadlines.
  • Coordinate logistics for site visits, team-building events, and off-sites.
  • Assist with project timelines, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • Support performance management assessments and annual evaluations.
  • Handle travel coordination and expense reconciliation.
  • Plan and coordinate events.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.

Must-haves:

  • 5–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives.
  • Advanced skills in preparing high-quality presentation materials.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Exposure to AI assistants and basic Power BI knowledge.
  • Previous experience in construction or development industry.
  • Industry certifications or advanced administrative training.

This is a new position. Expected annual compensation; $50,000 - $80,000
