Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bank statements to ensure up-to-date and accurate records are maintained in the Finance Department (QuickBooks);
  • Report on liquidity and FX positions, providing advice and recommendations for money movement and FX conversions (including cash flow forecasts);
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of payment transactions;
  • Manage debt compliance, including monitoring and reporting on negative covenants and other restrictions, as well as regular reporting to lenders in accordance with loan agreements;
  • Assist with coordinating balance updates from Payment Service Providers and Advise and assist in ensuring sufficient funds are available in the correct currencies to meet operational and capital investment needs;
  • Monitor Payment Processors' balances and positions on a weekly basis and collaborate with the Payments Team for settlements and transfers, ensuring adherence to predefined limits;
  • Conduct annual reviews of the relationships and services of financial institutions (banks, fiduciary services, and alternatives) to ensure the business is maximizing available services and maintaining relevant account relationships;
  • Ensure the Finance Department has the necessary applications for effective treasury management functions;
  • Build and manage relationships with banks alongside the Head of Finance and CFO;

Requirements:

  • Proficient in spoken and written English at a native level.
  • Experience within the online entertainment industry (online casino/social games/mobile games) .
  • Exceptional communication skills across various channels (email, chat, phone) with a high level of confidence.
  • Experience dealing with North American banks and North American credit markets.
  • Experience with cash management across multiple platforms, businesses and countries.
  • Demonstrates the ability to achieve exceptional results and deliver outstanding services within tight timelines.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude and adept problem-solving skills.

Nice to have, but not mandatory:
