Marketing & Sales Co-Op Student (Full-Time)

Stone Graphic & Web Design

Compensation: $100/month + performance bonuses

Location: Remote (80%) + 1–2 in-person events per month

Schedule: Full-Time Co-Op Placement Jan-April

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Co-Op student to join our team This role is perfect for someone who wants real experience working with clients, creating content, learning sales systems, and contributing to a fast-growing marketing agency.

Responsibilities

Marketing Tasks (Weekly)

  • Assist in creating social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

  • Write captions and conduct hashtag research

  • Help schedule weekly posts and maintain the content calendar

  • Support video editing for reels, ads, and client content

  • Create basic graphics using Canva

  • Film in person as needed (possibly bi-weekly or monthly)

  • Keep tasks organized and updated in Notion

Sales & Admin Tasks (Weekly)

  • Maintain lead lists and track follow-ups

  • Assist with outreach emails, DMs, and responses to warm leads

  • Prepare proposals, service overviews, and sales materials

  • Take notes during virtual or in-person meetings

  • Field sales calls as needed

  • Participate in weekly virtual team check-ins

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in post secondary.

  • Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing

  • Confident communicator and comfortable engaging with clients

  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently

  • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or Meta Business Suite and Notion

  • Basic Canva or editing skills are an asset

  • Able to attend 1–2 in-person events per month
