Recruiting on behalf of a client located in Vaughan. This a small firm, with 2 partners and 8 people.They offer a unique work environment. This firm is a 9 – 5 shop, with no over time, and no busy season. If you love what you do, but are tired of the typical long hours, this firm is the place to be.

As a Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
  • Manager reviews engagement and ensure compliance with professional standards & ASPE.
  • Proficient in preparing complex and reviewing financial statements
  • Provide tax planning and compliance services including T1, T2, T3, T4,
  • T5, T5018, HST/GST filings, and handling CRA inquires
  • Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple responsibilities and

deadlines.

  • Maintaining regular communication with clients to discuss findings, provide updates and address any

concerns

  • Building and nurturing strong working relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and

  • offering tailored solutions.

What you bring:

  • The ability to see the big picture
  • CPA, or near completion
  • 5 years of progressive experience
  • The ability to work in the office 5 days a week
  • A strong desire to be a part of a small team
