At UMS Med, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality home care services across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We believe in supporting clients to live comfortably, safely, and independently in their own homes.

We are currently seeking a Female Personal Support Worker (PSW) who is caring, dependable, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes
  • Assist with light meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
  • Support clients with daily living activities while maintaining their dignity and comfort
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
  • Use mobile apps or technology for scheduling and reporting
  • Travel to client homes across the GTA (mileage reimbursement or travel allowance may apply)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Experience in home care, community support, or a similar caregiving role
  • Comfortable using smartphones and basic technology
  • Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, professional, and compassionate attitude
