Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated residential/renovation 4th year/Journeyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical and renovation, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role requires proficiency in various hand and power tools, experience in renovations is a MUST. Clean driving record is also a must.

Duties

  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various renovation tasks.
  • Be able to organize and self manage your own projects
  • Carry out electrical work adhering to all codes and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of renovation projects.

Requirements

  • 4th Year Apprentice or Journeyman Ticket is required
  • Proven experience in construction or renovation roles is essential.
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics.
  • Strong skills in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment operation.
  • Experience with concrete forming and finishing techniques.
  • Clean driving abstract
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.80-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
