Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction activities on-site to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Enforce safety protocols and quality standards throughout the construction process.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets using construction management software.
  • Read blueprints and schematics to verify accuracy and compliance.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site personnel to promote best practices.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven supervising experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency with Procor, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other construction management software.
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
