Join MGM Mechanical as a Field Superintendent in our construction team. In this vital role, you will oversee project execution on-site, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while supporting our mission to build excellence with integrity.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily construction activities on-site to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets using construction management software.
- Read blueprints and schematics to verify accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise and mentor on-site personnel to promote best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets specifications.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven supervising experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency with Procor, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
