Summary

We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team. This role is vital in overseeing our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency while aligning with our company's values of respect and employee recognition. The position is based in Vancouver/Lower Mainland

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Review blueprints and schematics to plan project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project goals.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCor and Bluebeam for project tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a positive team environment that promotes mutual respect and recognition.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Plumbing and Mechanical Systems, blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively and communicate clearly.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management are preferred.
