General Role Information
As a
Program Manager / Delivery Lead
, you will serve as the primary Solutions Delivery contact for stakeholders, accountable for developing, leading, and overseeing delivery teams. We are seeking individuals with a
strong developer background
and deep technical knowledge in cloud-native development, DevOps, and
.NET
technologies.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional leadership and project management skills to deliver high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring outcome-based delivery while maintaining high performance and reliability standards.

possess a strong development background to perform code reviews and provide technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion Product-Centric Delivery:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of software products, transitioning from a project-based mindset to a dynamic, product-focused approach. - Technical Leadership:
Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to identify optimal technical solutions, define implementation methods, and set realistic schedules for timely product launches. - Modernize Platforms:
Define and execute strategies to minimize technical debt and lead the transition from legacy systems to modern, efficient technology platforms, leveraging cloud-native architectures. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate efforts across engineering teams, product managers, UX designers, architects, and QA engineers to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions. - Cloud-Native Adoption:
Drive the adoption of cutting-edge cloud architectures on
Microsoft Azure
, utilizing services like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, and
Azure DevOps
. - Team Leadership & Development:
Lead a high-performing team of software and QA engineers (indirectly initially), providing mentorship, conducting performance reviews, and supporting individual career growth. - Strategic Planning:
Evaluate costs, resources, and system impacts for software releases, while proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans. - Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing initiative updates, and communicating progress, risks, and key decisions effectively. - Global Collaboration:
Partner with in-house and offshore development teams to craft solution designs, provide accurate estimates, enforce compliance with standards, and ensure high-quality implementations. - Customer-Centric Culture:
Instill a strong customer-first mindset within delivery teams, fostering a culture of user-centered design and deepening business relationships.
Qualifications (Technical and Professional)
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in
end-to-end technical project delivery
, a deep knowledge of developer practices, and a minimum of 3 years managing cross-functional teams.
