Job Title: Senior Payroll Clerk

Location: North York

Employment Type :Contract 13 months

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Clerk to join our team in North York. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in SAP and Union payroll, along with expertise in pension and benefits administration.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and process union payroll using SAP
- Administer pension plans and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with union agreements and regulations
- Maintain accurate payroll records and reports
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to resolve payroll issues
- Assist in the implementation of payroll systems and processes

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in payroll processing, specifically with SAP and union payroll
- Strong knowledge of pension administration and benefits administration
- Payroll designation (e.g., PCP, CPM) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Arrangement:

- 2-3 days in the office per week
