We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team at Milano Global in Canada. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages with precision and care.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest feels valued.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food handling areas.
- Manage cash transactions accurately.
- Assist in food preparation and serving when needed.
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold the company's commitment to respectful and dignified service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Basic math skills for order processing.
- Previous experience in food handling and food preparation is preferred.
