We are seeking a friendly and energetic Bubble Tea Cashier/Barista/Kitchen Prep to join our vibrant Bubble Tea team. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using Square POS system
• Prepare bubble tea drinks, slush beverages, and other menu items following established recipes and food safety standards
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and POS operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers during peak hours without compromising quality or service speed
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Restock supplies as needed and assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not required
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in serving beverages like bubble tea or coffee is desirable but not required; training will be provided for specific menu items and procedures
