We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Marketing Manager Trainee to join our growing marketing team.

Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside a talented team of marketing professionals. This entry-level program is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and exposure to all aspects of marketing management, including strategy development, campaign execution, direct marketing, market research, and brand management. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while receiving mentorship and guidance from seasoned experts in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning, development, and execution of campaigns across various channelsMarket Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activity. Use data to help refine marketing strategiesPerformance Tracking & Reporting: Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing projectsCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategiesProject Management Support: Assist in managing timelines, budgets, and project deliverables for various marketing initiatives
