Manager, Enterprise Programs, Brand Marketing - 12mth Contract

About the Role:

As the Manager, Enterprise Brand Marketing at Loblaw, you will serve as the pivotal link between program management and brand marketing. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Program Management with a dotted line to the Director of Brand Marketing, you are the marketing subject matter expert responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of marketing for high-impact enterprise programs like Hit of the Month, Collectables and Collect & Save stamp programs.

This role is crucial in driving customer value and organizational growth through innovative marketing strategies and executional excellence within enterprise-wide programs.

This contract role will be based out of the Brampton office at 1 President's Choice Circle, Brampton and is hybrid with four days in office, 1 day remote.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Planning & Leadership: Lead the end-to-end marketing planning process for enterprise programs, translating objectives into comprehensive, impactful strategies. Oversee brief development, stakeholder reviews, and ensure alignment with program goals.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Build and nurture strong partnerships with internal teams (e.g., Brand Marketing, Loblaw Media, Loblaw Digital, Operations) and loyalty partners. Serve as the primary marketing contact, facilitating clear communication, leading kick-offs, and driving seamless execution across all channels.

  • Execution Oversight: Drive the flawless execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality creative. Act as the bridge between brand Marketing and the enterprise, supporting project managers and resolving execution-related needs from divisions and operations.

  • Performance Analysis & Insights: Contribute to post-program analyses, compiling performance reports, leading discussions, and briefing leadership on key insights to inform future strategic decisions.

What You Bring:

  • 5-7 years of progressive retail marketing experience, encompassing brand strategy, campaign execution, and agency management.

  • Demonstrated expertise in leading the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns for large-scale enterprise programs across: In store merchandising/signage/display, paid media, social media, creative content, influencer marketing, experiential marketing, loyalty marketing.

  • Profound understanding of marketing communication channels, tactics, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Exceptional ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage diverse stakeholders, and deliver compelling presentations (including C-suite) and influence without authority.

  • Proven capability to extract actionable marketing insights from data and communicate them effectively.

  • Strong project and budget management skills.

  • Experience with in-house agency operations and Bilingualism is an asset.
