Title: Workday Technical Consultant

Location: Vancouver/Toronto II PST time zone

Duration: Contract

  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM Technical.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP, REST).
  • Proficiency in XSLT, XML, XPath, and related technologies.
  • Expertise in Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.
  • Should have Support Experience as workday Technical consultant
  • Configure and support Workday security, including role-based access controls and domain security policies.
  • Assist in Workday release management by evaluating new features, performing regression testing, and implementing updates.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal IT teams to deliver seamless integrations with external systems such as payroll providers, benefits platforms, and ERP solutions.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
  • Demonstrated history of supporting full-cycle Workday implementations.
  • Preferred: Workday Integration or Studio certification.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
