About the Team
Student Core and Frameworks is on a mission to support institutional and student success by reimagining financial transactions through holistic and intuitive experiences and communicating easy to understand financial account information.
We are looking for an inbound Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, has a desire to craft solutions for the higher education market, and is excited to join our mission
About the Role
In Student Core and Frameworks,
We are the voice of the customer: Talks to customers to understand what features customers need/want to advise the product roadmap. Liaises with relevant parties, including development, QA, documentation, product support, etc., to facilitate the release process. Resolves customer critical issues as needed.
We collaborate: Serve as a user-representative who can convey functional requirements to technical audiences and drives the product development life cycle. Point of contact for internal teams such as consultants, production support, training, documentation and sales. Provide field teams with demos or presentations to prospective customers. Teamwork is the key to success.
We execute: Plan releases and set roadmaps. Design features and define functional requirements, then track and report progress against goals. Ensures timely and high-quality delivery of the product using Agile.
About You
You enjoy the challenges of taking ambiguous problems and understanding how to approach working with a team of people to craft and deliver innovative solutions. Ideally, you also have an understanding or experience with software development practices and familiar with agile methodologies.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building SaaS solutions with a focus on product design, UX, and UI in an Agile environment.
- 2+ years of experience working with processes and systems in higher education institutions.
Other Qualifications
- Strong grasp of UX/UI design and product lifecycle management from concept to launch.
- Experience embedding AI/ML capabilities to enhance student experiences and institutional efficiency.
- Skilled in Agile and Scrum methodologies, including backlog management and prioritization.
- Familiarity with Workday and higher education processes.
- Curious, adaptable, and creative problem solver committed to continuous learning.
- Excellent communicator who conveys complex ideas clearly and collaborates effectively across teams.
- Data-driven mindset with focus on adoption, usage, and customer insights.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
