We are seeking an experienced part time night audit/guest service individual to join our talented team and rotate between two beautifully landscaped, family-owned, mid-sized hotels.
Requirements:
- Previous front desk and or night audit experience will give you an A+.
- Previous security experience an asset.
- Must have valid Drivers License and be able to drive in British Columbia.
- Computer literate in MS Windows and MS software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work some day/evening shifts for training period.
- Must be available weekends.
- Friendly, reliable, flexible availability, dependable and punctual.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming check ins and late-night guests.
- Oversee night security, monitoring of cameras, and safety of property and guests.
- Ensure the current day's revenue balances are reconciled with guest ledger.
- Prepare daily management reports as required.
- Be the main point of contact for guests during overnight shifts.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job details:
- Part-time
- Shifts are 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Flexible to work day/evening shifts in the front desk position for training period.
- Benefits available after probation period (3 months).
Note: This job is not open to applicants outside of Canada. We do not have an LMAI, nor can we provide staff accommodations. Applicants my be able to work legally in Canada at time of application/ start date.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$21.75 per hour
