Position Summary: The Audition Day Ambassador supports the Recruitment Office during the audition period (Jan 30th - March 3rd, 2026) by welcoming and checking in applicants coming for auditions and assisting them as they navigate the School. Serving as a key point of contact, Ambassadors help create a positive, organized, and welcoming audition-day experience. Hours will vary based on audition day schedules.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities

  • Current Schulich School of Music student or former student/alumni.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with prospective students and families.

  • Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow schedules and detailed instructions.

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with Recruitment Office staff.

  • Familiarity with the Schulich School of Music, its programs, facilities, and student life (asset)

  • Ability to provide clear directions, basic campus tours, and general information to visitors.
