Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, file, and maintain invoices, contracts, and records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support education programs and operations

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles
  • Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and standard office software
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills
