- 负责公司日常会计记账、应收应付账款处理
- 协助编制月度、季度及年度财务报表
- 协助税务申报、审计资料及财务文件整理
- 负责办公室日常行政及文书工作
- 文件、合同、发票的整理、归档与录入
- 跨部门沟通,支持教育项目及日常运营
【任职要求】
- 会计、财务或相关专业背景
- 1–3 年会计或行政文员相关工作经验
- 熟练使用 Excel、QuickBooks 等办公及财务软件
- 中英文流利
- 工作细心、有责任感,具备良好的沟通能力
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support tax filings, audit preparation, and financial documentation
- Perform general administrative and office support duties
- Organize, file, and maintain invoices, contracts, and records
- Coordinate with internal teams to support education programs and operations
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles
- Proficient in Excel, QuickBooks, and standard office software
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills
