Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, learning how machines work, and staying active throughout the day? We're looking for a motivated Operations Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone curios and interested on working with machines, someone who takes pride in producing quality products, enjoys being on their feet, and wants to learn more about manufacturing and shipping operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Responsibilities
- Operate and assemble machinery to help turn raw materials into finished products and packaging.
- Monitor machine operations and inspect parts for quality and consistency.
- Follow all safety and compliance regulations, including wearing PPE and reporting hazards.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Clean and maintain the manufacturing area and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Update inventory systems and production reports to track output and materials.
- Support additional production and process improvement projects as needed.
Fulfillment Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assemble sample kits and apply shipping labels per order requirements.
- Build and prepare shipping boxes securely for transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fulfillment area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and quality goals.
- Ensure all shipments meet company and industry best-practice standards.
- Assist with other warehouse or logistics projects as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Interest in working with machinery, learning new processes, and hands-on production.
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive manual tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer and math skills for tracking production and shipping data.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
Experience/Qualifications
- High school-level education
- Warehouse experience is an asset
- Experience working in a production line/ with machines is considered an asset

Pay: $18.13-$19.13 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
