TradeSpace is looking for a proactive and hardworking Operations & Logistics Intern to support our growing operations.. If you enjoy being hands-on, solving problems, and seeing the direct results of your work — this internship will give you the kind of experience that classrooms can't.

You'll work closely with our logistics team to support fulfillment, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) projects, and daily operations across multiple clients.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and dispatching orders
  • Support FF&E fulfillment and organization projects
  • Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries
  • Help with member move-ins, setup, and warehouse layout adjustments
  • Maintain inventory organization and reporting
  • Contribute to overall building operations

What You'll Learn

  • End-to-end logistics and warehouse coordination
  • Exposure to fulfillment management tools, courier systems, and inventory software
  • How to manage workflow in a shared, multi-client warehouse environment
  • Critical thinking and teamwork under real-world deadlines

Who You Are

  • Currently studying Logistics, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management
  • Reliable, organized, and willing to learn through hands-on experience
  • Good communication and multitasking skills
  • Physically active role — must be comfortable with warehouse tasks
