JRole Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the delivery and launch of non-custodial digital asset and payment products in a regulated fintech environment. This role is responsible for owning product execution end-to-end, working with external development teams and strategic partners to bring products to market.

The focus includes RPAA-related payment products, non-custodial staking, card programs, and global remittance solutions using stablecoins. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role combining product delivery, go-to-market coordination, and partner management.

This role does not include people management and does not involve managing internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Delivery

  • Own the product lifecycle from requirements through launch and iteration for assigned initiatives
  • Translate business, regulatory, and customer requirements into clear product documentation and prioritized backlogs
  • Manage delivery through external development teams, including scope definition, milestones, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure product quality, security, and launch readiness

Non-Custodial Digital Assets & Payments

  • Lead delivery of non-custodial-only products, including:
  • RPAA-related payment and settlement products
  • Non-custodial staking and yield mechanisms
  • Card programs integrated with non-custodial wallets
  • Stablecoin-based global remittance solutions
  • Define end-to-end user and transaction flows, including wallet interaction, signing, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Partner with compliance and legal to ensure regulatory alignment without taking custody of customer funds

APIs & Third-Party Integrations

  • Define API-first product requirements for integrations with external providers
  • Oversee integrations with wallet providers, payment processors, card issuers, blockchain networks, and stablecoin partners
  • Ensure integrations are scalable, well-documented, and partner-ready

Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify, evaluate, and support onboarding of external strategic partners required for product launches
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on partner due diligence and contracting
  • Act as a primary product contact for key partners during integration and launch phases

Go-To-Market & Launch

  • Coordinate go-to-market execution for new product launches with cross functional partners
  • Support product positioning, pricing inputs, and launch readiness
  • Monitor post-launch performance and drive iterative improvements

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives
  • Analyze product performance, customer adoption, and unit economics
  • Use data to inform prioritization and ongoing product decisions

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in FinTech, Payments, or Digital Assets
  • Demonstrated experience delivering products through external development teams and third-party vendors
  • Strong experience with:
  • Payments systems (cards, on/off-ramps, cross-border payments)
  • API-driven financial products
  • Non-custodial digital asset architectures
  • Proven ownership of product launches and go-to-market execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience operating in regulated financial environments
  • Clear and effective communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to RPAA or regulated payment access frameworks
  • Experience with non-custodial staking or yield-related products
  • Knowledge of card issuing and BIN sponsorship models
  • Experience with stablecoin-based remittance or FX optimization
  • Multi-jurisdiction product launch experience
