The Senior Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of the assigned programs, ensuring the contract obligations are duly fulfilled.

This role requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams granting seamless program execution, meeting deadlines, delivering high-quality products, and maintaining cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of operational challenges and experience in the aerospace sector.

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as the daily point of contact for our internal clients
  • Conduct periodic program reviews with our clients and senior management
  • Measure overall program performance and present key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Write and execute a recovery plan if required and ensure the deployment of efforts
  • Communicate improvement opportunities to senior management
  • Provide support to the finance department regarding customer accounts
  • Ensure the long-term profitability and sustainability of programs
  • Develop lasting relationships with our clients.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous Program management experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical and operational challenges
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems; familiarity with INFOR software is considered an asset.
  • Preferably Bilingual French and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong autonomy and leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
