Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate BOL and customs documents
  • Work to balance LTL's & FTLS within Canada and US
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
  • Record shortages and reject damaged goods
  • Loading/unloading trucks
  • Select, label and pack goods for shipping
  • Determine method of shipment
  • Prepare bills, invoices, couriers and other shipping documents
  • Support inventory control, weekly cycle counts and stock rotation
  • Support production where shipping and receiving demands permit
  • Moving drums and pails
  • General housekeeping for production and warehouse
  • Other duties as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Forklift experience and valid license (counterbalance/standup reach) an asset
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office, SAP
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving, mathematical and organizational skills
  • Experience with RF warehouse systems an asset

TDG certification and WHMIS trained will be an asset
