Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic kitchen staff. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will assist in meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining food safety standards to deliver high-quality dishes to our customers. Responsibilities

  • Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Support the team in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
  • Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Follow all health regulations and company policies related to food safety.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and guidelines is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a busy kitchen setting.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques in meal preparation.
