About the Role

We're looking for reliable and motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team full-time. If you're passionate about cooking, thrive under pressure, and love being part of a fast-paced, energetic team, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes to recipe specifications and plating standards
  • Assist with daily prep, portioning, and service setup
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations, coolers, and equipment
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards
  • Support teammates during peak service periods
  • Assist with inventory, restocking, and closing duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred (but training provided for the right candidate)
  • Strong work ethic, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Food Safe Level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
