The AI Innovation Analyst is responsible for supporting Precision's efforts to evaluate, develop, and implement artificial intelligence (AI) and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, employee services, and data-informed decision-making. This intermediate role focuses on assisting with AI research, AI chatbots and agents, exploring and implementing off-the-shelf AI solutions, developing AI solutions, and supporting practical AI use cases across the company while ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and transparency standards.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Identify and Evaluate AI Opportunities: Work with departments to find use cases for AI, automation, and data-driven tools, and assess their impact.
  • Develop and Implement AI Solutions: Support building AI models, chatbots, workflow automation, and manage AI-integrated platforms like websites or intranet tools.
  • Ensure Governance, Compliance, and Security: Maintain adherence to AI frameworks, ethical standards, data privacy, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Data Preparation and User Adoption: Prepare structured/unstructured data for AI systems and assist with demonstrations, documentation, and training to drive adoption.
  • Monitor, Document, and Communicate: Maintain project documentation, conduct audits, translate technical concepts for stakeholders, and report AI outcomes to leadership.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software/AI Engineering, or related field; plus one year of relevant experience. Preferred certifications: CompTIA Data+, CompTIA AI Essentials, Azure AI Engineer Associate, and Certified Associate in Python Programming
  • Intermediate understanding of AI, automation, and emerging technologies; basic programming knowledge (Python or JavaScript); familiarity with cloud-based AI services (Azure AI, Google AI, OpenAI API)
  • Strong research, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive approach to technology and innovation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly and work independently or in a team environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; capable of managing multiple priorities and functioning autonomously while collaborating across departments
