Crew Leader – Landscape Maintenance & Snow Removal

Location: Edmonton

Pay: $21–$23 per hour (based on experience)

Solstice Landscape Maintenance is a family-owned and operated company specializing in high-quality grass maintenance and sidewalk snow removal for multi-family, residential, and commercial properties. We have proudly served Edmonton for over 15 years, and many of our employees have been with us long-term.

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Crew Leader to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident leading a crew, comfortable driving a work truck, and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a crew on daily landscape maintenance and winter snow removal routes
  • Drive company trucks safely and responsibly
  • Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
  • Communicate clearly with management and crew members
  • Perform hands-on landscape and snow removal work alongside the crew
  • Operate snow removal and landscape equipment as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in landscaping and winter snow removal
  • Experience operating snow removal equipment is required
  • Proven ability to lead a crew and take initiative
  • Comfortable driving a truck
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract required
  • Strong reliability and punctuality are essential
  • Ability to work long hours when required by weather or site conditions
  • Available for every snow day during the winter season (no set end time — shifts depend on conditions)

Assets (but not required):

  • Ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude or small equipment repair experience
