We are looking for an experienced and driven Crew Lead in our Contents Department who is passionate about restoring order and making a positive impact on people's lives.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONTENTS CREW LEAD**

As the Crew Lead - Contents, your mission is to bring order to chaos and restore order to customers' homes and property. You'll oversee the general cleaning of both the customer's site and the shop, packing and listing household contents, and resetting homes after structural work. Your attention to detail and commitment to timely completion will ensure that customers are satisfied and back to their normal lives as quickly as possible. You'll be an integral part of the team, working collaboratively with crew members and providing excellent customer service. Every day, you'll face new challenges and opportunities to showcase your skills and make a real difference in people's lives.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in cleaning, moving, or packing is desirable
- Availability to work on-call for after-hours emergency work
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check (CRC)
- Valid unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting heavy items, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
