This position can be based out of any of the following locations: Hamilton, Kitchener/Waterloo, Guelph, St. Catherines or Niagara.
The Regional Quotations Representative will be responsible for pricing and supplying commercial and residential plumbing fixtures to our customers. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' knowledge or experience in the plumbing industry, and can demonstrate excellent communication skills, and strong organization skills

How You Contribute To Noble's Success
- Prepare quotes in detail for specified customers
- Acts as Quotation Consultant to Sales Representatives, Order Desk Representatives, and specified customers
- Ensures all quotations are accompanied with relevant documentation
- Uses multiple sources including vendors and internet to source products
- Ensures quotes are processed within the chosen and established price structures and to make final decision in conjunction with manager for finalizing quotes
- Building first-time quotes in ProQuote
- Consistently follow up on quotations for status reports and documents for departments
- Review specifications and obtain product and pricing information through vendors
- Source and purchase non-stock products
- Back up order desk during peak times
- Occasionally act as Inside Sales Support at the request of the Manager
- Any other duties assigned by the Manager
Must Haves and Nice to Haves
You Must Have:
- Minimum two (3) years of knowledge and/or experience within the plumbing industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and teammates
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teammates at all levels
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative within established guidelines
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ProQuote and Trend
- Previous customer service experience
