We are seeking an intermediate dynamic, organized, and highly professional individual to be the ambassador of Lux. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and employees, delivering exceptional service, fostering engagement, and supporting all aspects of our Edmonton Branch operations. Your Mission:

Deliver the ultimate "Lux Experience" to every client, guest, and team member. Your professionalism, initiative, and warmth will set the tone for our organization's culture and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate the daily operations of the Edmonton Branch with precision and care, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an elevated client experience.
  • Warmly welcome guests and clients in person, by phone, and via email; create a first impression that embodies the Lux standard of excellence.
  • Manage client interactions, schedule meetings, and maintain accurate records with care and discretion.
  • Optimize office procedures, workflows, and technology systems to support smooth operations.
  • Support business growth through marketing initiatives, client events, and relationship-building opportunities.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and polished reception, showroom, and office space.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, catering, travel, and special projects with precision.
  • Handle administrative tasks including invoices, orders, deposits, and office supply management.
  • Provide support to other departments, ensuring installation logistics, contractor coordination, shipping, purchase orders, and sales support flow effortlessly, delivering precision and excellence at every touchpoint.
  • Uphold security, safety, and confidentiality standards across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of secondary school, or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years preferred).
  • Previous experience in administrative, hospitality, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
