Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall appearance. If you have a strong passion for hair styling and enjoy creating beautiful looks, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling

  • Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences

  • Recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments based on clients' hair type and face shape

  • Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience

  • Sanitize and maintain salon equipment and tools

  • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and concerns

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques with on going training

  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming salon environment

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members

  • Knowledge of various hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients

  • Retail sales experience is a plus
