HOLDENGRACE is a Toronto-based hair and beauty studio dedicated to exceptional service, expertise, and a welcoming guest experience. Since opening in 2016, we've become known as one of the city's go-to destinations for modern hair services, curated beauty retail, and an elevated, guest-first approach to everything we do.

Our studio isn't just about beautiful hair—it's about building a culture where artistry, professionalism, and collaboration truly meet. We believe in supporting our team with real mentorship, hands-on education, and a structure that helps stylists grow confidently in their craft. Education is embedded in everything we do: from one-on-one coaching with our Creative Director to collaborative learning with fellow stylists, mannequin work, technique development, and ongoing in-salon training that evolves with our team.

What We Offer

Mentorship & Continued Education

• Ongoing in-salon education led by our Creative Director and senior stylists

Compensation

• Hourly pay or competitive commission (whichever is greater)

Hours & Schedule

Operating Hours

Tuesday–Friday 10:00 AM–8:00 PM

Saturday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Sunday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

Closed Monday

Shifts

• Rotating 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM (Tues–Fri)
• Saturdays 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Sundays 10:00 AM–4:00 PM

• Licensed Professionals – Hold a valid OCOT hairstylist license and uphold professional standards
• Creative & Skilled – Confident in cutting, colouring, and eager to refine techniques
• Professional & Driven – Motivated to grow within a structured, career-focused studio
• Collaborative & Inclusive – Enjoy working as a team and contributing to a positive culture
• Guest-Focused – Committed to delivering exceptional service and experience

Requirements

• Valid OCOT Hairstylist License
• Minimum 4 years of in-salon experience
• A professional Instagram portfolio showcasing your work

Pay: $19.00-$43.00 per hour
