The Role

Legend is hiring a Associate Workplace Technology Analyst, reporting directly to our Workplace Technology Manager.

This team supports our internal users' systems, software hardware. As we grow, you'll work in a small dedicated systems team to scale and perfect all IT hardware and software provision, maintenance, and management across Legend and its sister companies. The ideal candidate is a curious, early-career IT professional who enjoys helping others, learns quickly, and is excited to build hands-on experience across modern workplace tools and systems.

Your Impact
  • Provide first-line IT support and manage tickets independently for a seamless employee experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
  • Support device management (Jamf, Intune) and identity/access management (Microsoft Entra / Azure AD)
  • Assist with post-migration activities and ongoing system improvements
  • Communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Document procedures, policies, and security practices to maintain efficiency and compliance
What You'll Bring
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS systems, including MDM tools (Jamf, Microsoft Entra)
  • Familiarity with SaaS administration (Microsoft 365, Notion, Okta, Slack, etc.)
  • Help desk or IT support experience with strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, flexible environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks
  • Passion for automation, scalability, and improving the end-user experience, with a desire to grow within a team
Nice to Have
  • Microsoft entry-level certifications (e.g., MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
  • Jamf 101
  • Okta entry-level certification (e.g., Okta Certified Professional)
The Interview Process
  • 1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
  • 2nd: Interview with our team, Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 (1 hour video via Zoom)
  • 3rd: Take-home task - you will be given 3 days to complete the task and present it back to the team in the next interview
  • 4th: Final interview with our team, Interviewer 1 and Interviewer 2 (1 hour video via Zoom)
