A well-established, growth-oriented organization is seeking an experienced
VP Finance
to oversee all financial operations and drive strategic business performance across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic objectives.
  • Oversee accounting, reporting, and internal control processes for multi-entity operations.
  • Manage intercompany transactions, consolidations, and cash flow to ensure financial strength.
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives, M&A, and long-term financial strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit standards, and risk management practices.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team focused on accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • CPA or equivalent accounting designation required; MBA is an asset.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5+ years in a Controller or senior finance role.
  • Strong background in multi-entity financial consolidation and intercompany accounting.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
